What currency does Ode to Liberty deal in?
Ode to Liberty displays prices in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and US Dollars (USD). Upon checkout, all prices will be converted to MYR and if you are buying with your overseas credit card, currency conversion rates at the time of purchase will be applied in your credit card / account statement.
How can I pay for my shopping?
We accept Paypal, Visa and MasterCard and online bank transfers (Malaysia). For a full list of accepted payment methods see ‘Payment’ section under Terms of Sale.
Where does Ode to Liberty ship to?
See the full list of countries we ship to at Shipping & Taxes. If you don’t see your country listed, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to check if special arrangements can be made.
Who pays for shipping?
Shipping costs are borne by the customer except in circumstances where we offer promotional free shipping or for domestic shipping within Malaysia. These exceptions are subject to change, so always refer to Shipping & Taxes.
How do I know if my order is successfully placed?
Ensure you have completed your payment through our authorised payment gateway, Ipay88. Receiving a purchase order from us does not mean your order is complete. Your order is only complete upon receiving a receipt from Ipay88, confirming your payment.
Can I place an order and pay later?
You may, but items ordered will only be reserved for one (1) hour before it is re-released for sale. We encourage you to pay for your order immediately to make sure the piece you want is yours!
How can I check back on my order(s)?
You must log in to access your Account page. Your Account page lets you view past orders and pay for pending orders. You can also manage your account and shipping information, passwords and wish list on your Account page.
Are returns and exchanges possible?
We take great pains to ensure products are of good quality and are accurately represented on our website. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, returns and exchanges are possible. See Returns & Exchanges for detailed info.

TERMS OF SALE
When you place and order, you agree that you are purchasing a product under the following terms and conditions:
i) Our relationship
Placing an order on Ode to Liberty constitutes your offer to purchase and contract with Ode to Liberty Sdn. Bhd.
When an order is successfully placed, you will receive an automated email confirming the receipt of your order. This email serves as a notification and does not constitute acceptance of your offer. A contract is not formed until you receive an email confirmation that goods you ordered has been shipped. Only items listed in the email will be the subject of the contract.
ii) Price and availability
All orders are subject to availability and price confirmation. While we ensure that product details and pricing listed on the website are accurate, discrepancies may occur. In the event such an error occurs, you will be contacted as soon as possible and be given the option of proceeding with the order or cancel it. Refunds will be made for orders cancelled under such instances.
Prices of goods are subject to change and may vary from time to time where currency exchange is involved. Checkout currency is in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and prices in US Dollars (USD) is display only. Currency exchange is dynamic and rates are derived from the official rates published by the European Central Bank.
Payments made on purchases at Ode to Liberty are handled in a secure environment by Ipay88, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
Payment can be made through Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Online Bank Transfer, FPX and other methods updated periodically. You confirm that the account used to make payment is yours or that you are fully authorised to use it; and that you have sufficient funds to cover the cost of goods ordered. Standard validation checks will be carried out on the account holder and should payment be withheld by your issuer / bank, we will not be liable for forthcoming delays or non-delivery.
Time of shipping varies from country to country. You will be notified accordingly if a delay occurs resulting in a deviation from an express guarantee pertaining to time of shipping on the website. Ode to Liberty will not be liable for delays resulting from postal service interruption or force majeure. See Shipping and Taxes for more details.
v) User Points and Coupon Codes
Userpoints will be awarded when you shop at Ode to Liberty as part of our customer relationship management program. Users will be notified about how points are accumulated and used to redeem rewards on Ode to Liberty and these campaigns vary from time to time.
Promotional coupon codes may also be issued for users to enjoy promotional prices or special rewards that are redeemable independently from user points tally.

SHIPPING & TAXES
Shipping charges will be borne by the customer inclusive of incidental taxes and duties (if applicable). A confirmation email will be sent to inform you that your order has been shipped. This constitutes an acceptance of your order and transfer of risk on the goods to you. You may not cancel your order once it has been shipped.
Orders placed Monday – Friday will be processed and shipped within the next 24 hours (next working day) pending credit verification. No deliveries are made during the weekends.
Delivery times are estimated and to be used as a guide starting from the day of dispatch in your delivery status confirmation email. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sundays or holidays. Ode to Liberty cannot be liable for possible delays caused by customs clearance in your respective countries.
Cost of delivery is subject to the weight of order, fuel surcharges and your exact location within a destination country. The final shipping cost will be reflected in your order summary before payment is made and in your purchase order email.
Shipping Availability and Costs
We ship to the countries listed above under our standard express shipping arrangement with DHL.
If your shipping location is not listed above, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to find out if we ship to your location. Countries not listed require special arrangements based on the specific weight of the shipment to ensure costs remain as low as possible.
All shipments are insured and thus require signature upon receipt. Our shipper is unable to redirect the shipment to another address once your order has been shipped. Please ensure that the shipment will be received at the time of delivery.
Taxes and Duties
As the recipient (hence ‘importer’ of the goods), you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the destination country; you accept that you will undertake to pay any of these for the release of your order from customs on arrival.
As customs policies vary from country to country, Ode to Liberty has no control over these charges and cannot advise on when they are charged and how much. Please contact your local customs office for any information. At each instance these charges are levied, our shipper will contact you to ensure you agree to pay the amount charged, and upon your agreement will clear the shipment on your behalf.
If you refuse to accept the shipment from Ode to Liberty, you will be charged for the costs involved including original shipment, taxes and duties levied and the cost of returning the goods to Ode to Liberty.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Ode to Liberty will gladly accept exchanges and returns if you are not happy with your purchase. Please see the guidelines below to ensure a successful exchange/return.
- Goods must be unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached. Ode to Liberty's warranty tag MUST be still attached with your returned goods.
- Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24-hours of receipt if goods are found damaged, soiled or without their tags if you intend to return them.
- Goods must be returned in their original packaging, i.e. shoe boxes, garment bags, accessories pouch must be included in your returns where applicable.
- Goods sold during promotional periods with markdowns are not returnable/exchangeable.
- Earrings and lingerie are non-returnable.
What you need to do
- Download Returns/Exchange Form
- Complete the Returns/Exchange Form (REF) and return to email@example.com within 3 days of receipt of goods. REF received later than three days may be accepted at our discretion and may result in delays in processing your request.
- The form must be completed in full, telling us your reason for return/exchange and your desired resolution-
*If you wish to exchange item for another size, shipping of the original order back to us is borne by you, and shipping of the replacement to you is
*Duties and taxes levied upon the follow up shipping to you will be borne by you.
*If you wish to exchange for another size but the size requested is no longer in stock, we will refund you the price of the item in full (minus
original shipping costs).
- Once we receive your completed REF, you will be given a REF Authorisation Code and you are required to enter the code into the form, print it and send it back with the parcel. ( Returns received without the completed REF or without the REF Authorisation Code will be subject to further verification process and result in a delay of exchanges or refunds into your account.)
- Ship your returns to the address below and email us the corresponding Airwaybill Reference issued by your courier within 7 days, from time your REF Authorisation Code is issued. (If we do not receive your Airwaybill Reference in 7 days, the code will automatically expire and your REF will be void.)

- You are advised to ship your returns with a reliable international courier and insure your parcel. Ode to Liberty cannot be responsible for lost items or items damaged in transit. We advise you to retain your proof of postage in case of any disputes regarding shipment.
- Once your returns are received in good condition, you will be refunded the price of the returned item and a notification email will be sent to you.
- Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card.
Ode to Liberty reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with the above conditions.
